Terms Protocol.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of milo, including any paid subscription package (together, the "Service").

By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

milo is run by an individual based in the UK (not currently a registered entity).

milo helps you discover flight deals and price drops using automated scanning and search tools.

milo does not sell flights, issue tickets, or act as a travel agent. All bookings are made directly with third-party airlines or travel providers.

Prices shown in alerts, search results, emails, or on the Service are not guaranteed and may change without notice.

• Fares depend on airline inventory and availability and can disappear before you book.
• Some deals may be "mistake fares" or pricing errors from third parties. These may be changed or cancelled by airlines.
• You are responsible for verifying all booking details before purchase and complying with the airline's terms.

milo is offered as one of several annual subscription packages, each billed once per year at a different price and each carrying a different monthly credit allowance.

• New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial with a limited number of credits to try the Service. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged automatically for the full annual price of your chosen package. You may also choose to skip the trial and be charged immediately.
• Your subscription renews automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel any time prior to renewal using the billing portal (Stripe). If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your paid term (or, if you cancel during a trial, until the trial ends).
• Switching between packages isn't currently self-serve — contact us if you'd like to change package.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

• Do not share, resell, or distribute paid access to the Service.
• Do not scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or reproduce milo's alerts, data, or tools.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or violate these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, milo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, missed travel opportunities, third-party failures, fare changes, booking issues, airline cancellations, or pricing errors.

If we are found liable for any reason, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
